Before we begin, we get to know YOU! Our comprehensive assessment explores your current health, habits, lifestyle, and goals. This personalised approach ensures we create a plan that fits seamlessly into your life and helps you achieve lasting results.
PERSONALISED MEAL PLANS
After your in-depth assessment, we'll create a customised meal plan that's tailored specifically to your needs, preferences, and goals. This approach translates to a plan with your ideal daily calorie intake, a macronutrient breakdown (carbs, protein, fat), and food choices that incorporate your preferences while still achieving your goal.
NUTRITION EDUCATION
Gain access to valuable educational resources that empower you with a strong foundation in nutrition. Gain a deep understanding of macronutrients, micronutrients, portion control, reading food labels, and making healthier food choices. This knowledge equips you to make informed decisions about your diet and maintain long-term results.
REGULAR CHECK-INS
Stay connected with your nutrition coach through weekly check-ins conducted through email, with the ability to message your coach at any time for smaller questions through social media. These check-ins provide you with the opportunity to discuss your progress, ask questions, address concerns, and receive ongoing guidance and support, ensuring that you remain on track towards your goals.
GOAL SETTING AND TRACKING
Your coach will assist you in setting specific, realistic goals pertaining to your health, weight, or performance. We'll help you track your progress, monitor your food intake, and make necessary adjustments to your plan as needed. This process ensures that you stay motivated and continuously strive towards your desired goals.
SUPPORT AND ACCOUNTABILITY
We are committed to providing ongoing support, motivation, and accountability throughout your journey. Your nutrition coach will be there for you, offering guidance during challenging situations, providing encouragement, and assisting you in navigating any obstacles or setbacks that may arise. Together, we'll ensure that you stay on track!

THE COST OF NUTRITION COACHING IS $35 PER WEEK. THE ONLY ADDITIONAL COST IS A ONE-OFF SET UP FEE OF $75.
